Specialty Programs are designed for those looking for a few custom workouts to do on their own. These are custom to you and your needs and are yours once purchased.

These are great for folks who are:

  • Race Training Programs- Whether a 5k or a Marathon we customize to your goals and level
  • Injured and need a way to workout around their injury* (i.e. upper body only workouts)
  • Body Part specific – Arm shaping or Glute strengthening – these fit into your routine
  • Travel Workouts- Unsure what to do in a hotel room or hotel gym? I’ve got options

While you will have access to me for questions, these are not online workout sessions and your program isn’t updated each workout.

*These are not rehabilitation workouts and are only designed to allow you to workout safely in other areas of the body
